GUIDELINES

 

The official languages of the Conference are English and Ukrainian.

All posters and slides (oral presentations) must be presented in English.

Please note that all presenters must register and pay to attend N&N-2024.

 

Oral presentations

     We kindly ask all the lecturers which will present their work with a lecture on the N&N-2024 to prepare your talk within the following time limits:

plenary lectures will be 30 minutes long (including 5-10 minutes for discussion);

oral presentation will be 15 minutes long (including 5 minutes for discussion).


Important:

     Please upload your presentation (PPT format, standard fonts such as Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri, or Verdana) into the conference room laptop before the beginning of your session 

 

Guidelines for posters

 

      Please, prepare your poster in A1 format in portrait layout 

      The poster should describe the background for the project, the aim of the project, the methods used, achieved results, practical implementation and conclusions.

     Please put up your poster at least one hour prior to the start of your assigned session. All poster boards will be numbered, indicating assigned poster spaces for each session. Fixing material will be supplied and the location of the poster will be announced.

 

ONLINE POSTER PRESENTATION

      Please prepare and send the finished poster to nanoobjectsnanostructuring@gmail.com by October 4, 2024. Your poster will be posted on the conference website and will be available to all conference participants.
      If you plan to present your poster orally (2-3 min), please write to us.


All participants are requested to log in 5 minutes before the start of poster session 2.

During the poster sessions, all interested participants can take part in the discussions.
